No. If a check fails because of a technical problem on CarVouch's side, the credit is restored to your account. Send us the registration and the email on your account and we will look into it.

Can I get a refund on a Full Vehicle Check?

Checks are non-refundable once they have been completed. Credits you have not used never expire, so you can keep them for your next car.

Do I need an account to contact support?
